Hello and happy Tuesday! Although this episode doesn't get off to the best start #lol what Tom wished for, totally happened! Kyle and Tom watched, briefly, PYP Live Experience III Session 1 - YES, Session ONE! And seeing Kyle on Session One and to see Session 25 version of Kyle looking at and observing Session 1 version was priceless! Everything that Tom does is so people can learn what this episode displays; start, it will not be quick, fun or easy being in the "cocoon" but coming out a butterfly is priceless. Hello and happy Thursday! It's a great day to be alive and Tom is! He is glad to be alive and he is "still here" after his last three months of challenges. It's officially broken nose number nine. I'm still here has become part lesson and part mantra; I have handled all I needed to, I got through all I needed to and I learned all I needed to. Yay! Once the time passes, the clouds part, if one has been Pro You, the feel good is waiting with clarity and that is plenty good enough, at least for Tom it is. Hello and happy Tuesday! On today's Live Experience Kyle shows up and impresses Tom with his fourth workout on Facebook Live. Kyle has done his homework, he has been accountable and he has been consistent. Now that does not mean is has been a straight line, but it is quite obvious how well Kyle is doing when you listen to him on this episode and you watch him workout. Tom has always spoke about creating energy! Well, with the Live Experience and Kyle, Tom's energy cup is flowing over and he could not be more proud of or happy for Kyle! Hello and happy Thursday! What happens if Tom is in a funk? What happens when Tom is stuck in a funk? Being aware that you're handling things better, in the midst of a test, is not a wonderful feel good thing. That is why Tom always says 'mentally, manually', it takes work (time and energy) to switch your perspective especially whilst in a test. Tom shares his ongoing test and what has transpired since the last PYP. Tom shares for one reason and always has for that same reason; hoping it helps someone, anyone!
